      Flexible Mgmt. System, Good for juniors who need accumulate stepping milestone in their career due to the diversity of job scopes within the company.

      Cons

      Can be too stressful for one as it requires multitasking skills and a well organized individual to pace out work against their priority. Things can be very challenaging at times so individual need to have good problem solving skills and persistency to manoeuvre around things.
