Pros

Most hourly employees are very friendly and great to work with but few salaried employees especially management give them the respect theyour deserve. Company is growing quickly and new positions are being added. Decent benefits.

Cons

The company especially top management, which basically is the Tracy famil (and since the family is huge that will not be changing very soon), preaches diversity and inclusion and says it's a top priority at every large meeting, but that's all it is- talk. It's a conservative white maless born and raised in the Midwest club and those who are the biggest suck ups, or as they call it "brand building" are the ones who advance. When they are able to bring in diverse candidates they expect them to conform to their cookie cutter image instead of embracing those different points of views. This is why diverse employee turnover is extremely high. There is also a constant pressure to "build your brand" which basically means it's a higher priority to walk around and socialize and hang out with coworkers on weekends than it is to actually do your work. There is a constant pressure to conform and they even say that you're being watched at all times which makes it a nerve racking work environment - it's like you can finally exhale once you've left work. Because the rapid growth of the company they are turning into a soleless corporate machine rather quickly, by treating employees as a number and pinching pennies whereever possible. Employees used to get more flexibility and perks but that is no longer the case. If you want to be a robot who has to leave your personality and opinions at home and are ok with being promoted based on your ability to conform and socialize rather than your work this is the perfect job for you.
