Pros
Almost the entire workforce are technical people, including the directors which makes it a very fulfilling workplace for developers. It's certainly not your typical agency where the team of developers are lead by a "marketing guy". The work is challenging and the tech is interesting.
Cons
Clients can be demanding and projects often have time pressures associated with them like with any agency. However, the majority of projects contain plenty time for developers to do their best work, and the project managers do their best to keep things on track.
