Not so high in terms of payscale Management will change words simultaneously based on one general review comments shared by reporting manager Multiple reviews will be having but the comments which we get in person and over email are different and thia effects some set of people Dnt take partial side of the people and judge others Some mid level employees is bad at their work and blaming others will grow you in your career but it will effect others so please take the competition in a healthy manner
