Pros
good if you can change your tech stack to php, cause they have very less projects in modern tech-stack. these guys are looking for a `can do everything guy` but cheap too.
Cons
- very less client projects, which causes threat to job security. - not very good working environment, if you are looking to upgrade yourself. - not your typical tech company, where you work and leave, people are nosy.
