I have worked with Ground Floor Team for more than 1 year. * They are working on ancient technologies, apart from a Salesforce initiative. * He want you to behave like you are in a school and he is the principal, all the Good Mornings, Good Night, Permission for everything (like leaving your seat, going out of office for tea break etc.). If you don’t it will impact your careers, your appraisal. * He is full of ME stuff .. Whatever he is telling you technically is always correct don’t argue. * Only one benefit is he arranges outings for the team but you have to pay for it, if you deny it or don’t join the outings it will impact your appraisal directly. * No connection of you appraisal or appreciation with your performance, if you lick his butt then you are eligible for huge appraisal or even team leader position. * Interacting in office is officially banned, as if you leave your seat for a min or two or receive calls in office you will receive a warring from him directly. * If you are in your seat it count as you are very hardworking and dedicated employee even if you are watching some shows or just sitting idle. HR policies are non-existent: Only 10 leaves, No medical, No EPF benefits. * If you receive an appraisal you have to sign a bond of another year, if you leave in between you have to refund the entire appraised money (Worst Policy).
