The pros you get only when you're engaged in political maneuvering. If you are pretending to do work, make excuses, then you get all the benefits like long breaks, free from projects, more than 50 percent salary hike.
Cons
You won't get a good hike even if you give your full output, staying late hours at office, complete all the deadlines with clients good feedback. You won't get any prior notice and you will be laid off abruptly even after dedicating years of your life to the company. Management is biased and take biased decisions. If these things resolve it's a good company to work. But that's a very rare situation as management don't let the higher management know about what going inside the team.
