I joined this place with just around a year of experience. I was here for a year after which I left for my home town for personal reasons. In this 1 year, I learnt what I would have learnt in maybe 10 years in another company. Excellent exposure to international business Learnt everything for market research, product development, product launches, maintaining a portfolio of products etc. In between I also dabbled with some sourcing and vendor management. Good compensation, but highly performance driven. Not some place where everyone is rewarded or promoted based on how many years in service. Performance is everything We are encouraged to think. This place taught me to think and analyze instead of just following process without questioning Also learnt some very powerful things like communication, negotiation, managing across different cultures etc This company has grown many fold since I joined, but it maintains its lean mean fast moving culture. Hopefully it will be the same in the future. Overall would recommend the company

One person has left a review that this place is not for the lazy – very nicely said. Problem is that you cant sit and slouch, as you can in some other large and old organizations. In fact in today’s uncertain world, I don’t think any organization will let you slouch. Fast paced organization, you need to be disciplined.

Company demonstrates the highest level of integrity – I’ve never seen them delay a single vendor or employee payment. This is rare to see in this day and age where companies exploit their vendors and delay payments Company behaves very fair with employees. there has never been a single employee claiming that there is money due to them Management is very transparent to stakeholders – investors, banks etc Compensation is above industry standards Management pays lot of attention to the comfort of employees – I have see how they have spent money on a very comfortable work environment, food, snacks, infrastructure etc Decision making is very quick with a lot of autonomy. Unlike other companies, workflow does not pass thro a dozen levels for approval. Things happen very fast here In summary I feel very proud of working with a firm with honesty and integrity

Enterprise applications like SAP and Oracle are not used, some web based software and accounting applications are used. This has sometimes lead to more work. However given the nature of the business, its hard to force fit in some ERP tool.
