Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met expectations, and we appreciate you being candid about the challenges you've observed. Feedback like this is invaluable as we work to improve the employee experience across all departments and shifts.
We’re glad to hear that you feel a strong sense of community among your colleagues and appreciate benefits like PTO, sick time, and other perks we offer. However, it’s clear from your comments that there are several areas where we’ve fallen short, and for that, we want to sincerely apologize.
We recognize the frustration around inconsistent policies, technical issues, and concerns about leadership support. These are important issues, and we’re actively reviewing internal processes—including attendance policy updates, HR support, and leadership development—so that we can create a more consistent, fair, and supportive work environment for everyone. As you know, we recently rolled out a new job architecture in conjunction with our annual compensation review and feel we are taking steps in the right direction.
We’re committed to listening, improving, and fostering a workplace where our values are brought to life and everyone feels respected, heard, and valued. If you're open to it, I’d welcome the opportunity to speak directly and learn more about your experience. Please feel free to contact me directly at karen.jackson@doublegood.com to continue the conversation.
Thank you again for your feedback and for being part of our team.
