Beware!! They will lure you in like it’s a small family friendly company… it is in the sense that there’s nothing professional about this organization so they can get away with anything they want…even more so after new leadership came in September 2022. Most toxic, unprofessional environment full of discrimination, sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior. This company has been sued before and it won’t be long until they’re sued again. There is no HR available for “regular” employees, and only "leadership" is allowed to speak to the HR service they’ve hired as “consultants”. If you’re a man you can probably get away with anything you want but if you’re a women, be careful because they’ll threaten your salary, your job and will treat you like complete garbage. All issues above were reported but the response that was given was that leadership didn’t want to hear it and to keep heads down and continue to work. It’s unfortunate they do not take these issues seriously and provide appropriate resources and support for their employees. STAY AWAY!!!
