Honestly not even sure where to begin. The owners and managers allow staff members to be bullied, even if you report it they do nothing about it. They allow sexual harassment to happen in the workplace and only do something about it when more than 5 employees report it. If you're not a keyholder you basically get spoken to like utter rubbish, you aren't treated well at all. There's genuinely no positives to this job other than a free doughnut a shift, I'm surprised they don't get funny about that. The stores are honestly in poor condition too, they're filthy in the back and are constantly doing things they shouldn't be allowed to do. Constantly sent random doughnuts to put out with NO allergens, so we don't know what we're selling. Managers constantly do rotas unfairly, always favouring themselves and their 'favourites'. Expected to work most days on your own which often makes you feel unsafe. Never any recognition for hard work or ideas put forward. When the bakery messes up and doesn't send the store an order us in the shop have to deal with the upset customer and explain why they haven't gotten it.
