Pros

Nothing but the location and building itself is cute. That’s all.

Cons

This company is fraudulent. They follow the same shady pattern with nearly everyone: hire you, string you along through the probationary period, then let you go right before benefits kick in. The turnover is sky-high because that’s their business model. Management is toxic. If you ask questions, they blow up on you, belittle you, and set you up for failure. Training is almost nonexistent—one rushed day, then you’re left on your own in a disorganized mess. Any mistake (caused by their chaos) is used as the excuse to fire you. Zero respect. Expect unannounced meetings where you’re ambushed, agents who treat you like you owe them your life, and interruptions even during your lunch break. There’s no private or safe space to decompress; it’s constant stress. Culture is rotten. Low morale, no investment in your growth, no support, and a revolving door of unhappy employees. I regret not taking the past reviews seriously, but now I’ve lived it too. Bottom line: Stay away. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t let yourself be their next victim.
