Pros

Douglas Elliman has a reputable name in the real estate industry

Cons

Management takes advantage of employees by expecting them to work long hours due to unrealistic expectations for marketing to agent ratio with inappropriate compensation. Disrespectful communication from management (internal and exec) All employees are replaceable mentality - leads to lots of turnover and little employee retention Initial compensation offer is ok but do not expect to get a raise/promotion after that
