      great place to learn and move up. if you put in the work the sky is the limit.

      Cons

      currently my only con is also a pro. there is very little direction, but this gives you total control and allow you grow into the position.

      Some of the staff were friendly

      Fast paced and so fast that they don’t care about staff. Turnover on the floor is very high but in the office, people are just unhappy. Meeting after meeting after meeting to the point that it cuts into being productive. Clear politics at play and old school mentality of operating
