Pros
1. Decent health insurance. 2. They match 401K up to 6%. 3. All the overtime you want. 4. Benefits, including PTO (Vac) starts day 1.
Cons
1. Too strict of an attendance policy. If you clock in 1 minute late, it's an infraction. If you leave early, it's an infraction. If you clock in more than 3 mins before your shift, it's an infraction. 2. The rules change without any notice. One day you're allowed to do something, the next day you're not. 3. No sick time. You just get 40 (years 1&2) hours a year. That 40 hours is your vacation time, sick time, emergency time all rolled into one. 4. If you do get sick, more than likely they will make you take 5 days unpaid (unless you use your vacation time) off because Covid-19. 5. Management only interacts if you're in trouble. 6. They tell you that you get holiday pay but that all depends on your shift. If you aren't scheduled to work, then you don't get it. If you only work weekends, then you won't get any (or very few) holidays. Even if the holiday does fall on the weekend, they "observe" it on the weekday so they won't pay you.
