Pros
Depending on manager, you may be allowed to operate independently. The new building is nice.
Cons
Over the last few years, more and more Dover (parent company) people and edicts have eroded what made this company great. Now, you are very likely to have one or two new managers hired above you (complete with extra micro-management and unrealistic expectations). After the layoffs, morale is very low.
