Pros
It's hard to find a positive aspect of a company so soul sucking. Most people are there solely for the steady pay checks & when you walk down the hallways, it shows.
Cons
The management is over run with micro managers that are so over the top, it borders on insanity. Even earned PTO time is met with a passive aggressive mindset. This company does not care about its employees at all & treats most as a place holders for the next person. Salary is average to low, so not even the pay compensates the poor treatment and total lack of respect.
