Delayed salary with no timeline given. Micro-management from top management. Your JD or what you were interviewed for is just on paper; new roles are assigned to you impromptu and you are even quarreled for not miraculously having known to perform the tasks. Long working hours with no overtime pay. No worklife balance - you are expected to be on call, to join meetings and give reports even when on leave. No concern for employees' welfare. Unrealistic targets and timelines.
