      Pros

      Great Residents Clean facility Great Nurses on certain shifts

      Cons

      Extreme breakdown of communication in all departments. Passive aggressive employees. Negligence when it comes to employees being bullied by fellow employees. Training here and organization was a complete joke. My 2nd day orientation they were so unorganized an LVN just walked out and never came back.

      Pros

      they have an acute side which you can learn alot from and a SNF side.

      Cons

      Alot of inexperienced nurses, alot of things done that may put your state licensing on the line. Critical thinking is not used by alot of staff here.
