      Pros

      A few great, friendly people trying to make a change. Base pay was competitive enough but at what cost?

      Cons

      Very white lads cliquey culture. Lots of drinking in the office and at team events. Limited opportunities if you don't make the right friends quickly. High turnaround rate in some teams. Border line racial comments thrown around the office. Left on my own but they are pros when it comes to pushing people out. Not an impressive brand/manager for your CV.

      Lots of drinks after work Office location

      Cons

      Business model of ripping off old pensioners Complete blame culture Senior management were completely clueless (hired due to tenure and so have the wrong people in the wrong places) Investors routinely get very bad performance
