I was Telugu guy working remotely .. Good salary... Good environment to learn and grow

Very few projects/customers... So it gets boring after a certain time. There are long timers ...those working from over 8 years to 15 plus years.... And there freshers and 2-5 years experienced guys....no In between....The company not for everyone

I am working with Doyensys for more than 3 years. Doyensys is a pit stop for Oracle solutions and pioneer in Oracle apex development. Management is very supportive & transparent in what they do. Encourages all the employees to take up certification programs. We get lot of exposure by doing various activities. As a Doyen we can easily manage the work and family. The main highlight in Doyensys is the welfare activities and that too especially for womens as we deserve the title Great Workplace for Women.

I don't see any cons as I fully enjoy my work here.
