      Benefits such as retirement and medical/vision are good. Some of the people are great to work with. You have access to a gym inside the building as well.

      Cons

      No training, treated like a number. Unless you know someone, or are related, you will get nowhere here

      Promotion processes lacked transparency and felt inconsistent. HR responsiveness to pay/role classification issues appeared limited. Leadership decisions sometimes felt misaligned with community needs.
