      Join if you need freedom and visibilty till top management, provided you have that caliber.Morever this company will give you every chance to develop if you showcase your strenght

      Cons

      On industry average lower salary for junior management staff.I don find major cons as such but since i have to cross limitation of 20 words minimum so writing this.
