Cons
This is one of the most toxic work environments I've ever encountered, with an alarmingly high turnover rate. Leadership lacks integrity, and there’s a significant pay disparity between men and women. There’s little to no room for growth unless you're already part of management. Most, if not all, employees outside of leadership are actively seeking new jobs. The "Team Squatch" culture they push is just a facade and it’s less about collaboration and more about fostering unhealthy competition. Promotions and opportunities aren’t based on merit, but on who’s willing to drink the Kool-Aid and go along with the internal politics. Unethical practices are swept under the rug, lies are told regularly, and many people turn a blind eye. There is no genuine intention to produce quality work and it’s all surface level talk with no real substance. Meanwhile, the company spends an excessive amount on events and appearances instead of investing in career development, fair pay, or real improvement. On top of that, there are individuals within the organization who engage in racist behavior, discriminate based on appearance, spread lies to protect themselves at the expense of honest employees, and are even placed in positions of influence despite having serious criminal backgrounds. These actions not only compromise the safety and integrity of the workplace but also sends a message that's harmful behavior is tolerated — or worse, rewarded.
