Pros

You will get full time hours. Benefits after 90 days. This job is a great way to get experience if you can handle the unethical and discomforting work environment.

Cons

More receptionist inclined, clinic is only 1-3 days a week at most. There is a lot of downtime. Infrequent and unclear communication as announcements of protocol updates do not get announced to all employees at the same time. Since I started working here there have been several red flags pertaining to safety practices in this clinic. Management is part of the problem. Promised a higher pay and promotion when hired, was even told that I was due for a raise during a review meeting and they continued to keep telling me every meeting that they were pushing it out further. The raise and promotion never came even with all of the work that I had done above my job requirements. Even when bringing these issues to management, it was never brought up whether the situations were handled or not and from future issues seemed as if they weren't. This workplace is negative and has a lot of gossip that occurs. Double standard that management is not held to even though they complete the same tasks, they do not get reprimanded for mistakes/issues made when lower employees do.

Pros

Good team members trying their best in a difficult environment.

Cons

There was a lot of micro-managing and constant monitoring of all employees. I was asked to spy and report on other employees while I was there. Management could be extremely unprofessional, didn’t care about appropriate employer/employee boundaries. No work/life balance. You were always expected to be “on” and working, even when you went home. I brought up issues only to be dismissed and literally told to ignore them, and then, after months of documenting and continuously reporting these issues even when they told me I was wrong, it was suddenly MY fault when they realized it WAS a big issue and they hadn’t listened to all the times I’d tried to warn them.
