D2D is simply an amazing company overall and they’re continuously growing.
Cons
There needs to be more consistency in the customer support department. Not everyone, especially management, is on the same page with a lot of things that should be fairly simple to streamline which makes it difficult for the rest of the support team to do their job efficiently which then leads to customer complaints.
