Cons
Upper management was lacking in many areas. No support from the officers or owners. HR with zero real HR training or formal education in HR Accounting department are clerks at best, many questionable accounting practices. No in house CPA, accountants, or controller Project lead are expected to run operations, sales, marketing and accounting with little to no support. Many in the company are compensated by perceived value vs producing results and production. They are reactionary vs proactive company
