Company provides a good salary option as well as a rotation schema as one month on one month off.
Cons
Doesn't pay attention to expat personal education at all. Training are not supported or blocked for some different reasons and on a different levels of management. Doesn't provide support when employee is dealing with local authorities. High level of corruption of head management.
