Pros
The employees are great, loads of really smart people working there. Because it's a smaller company things move much faster and you don't get bogged down in administration.
Cons
Management lacks communications skills, most should have moved on years ago. They don't stick up for their employees or engage with them. There has never been any kind of employee performance reviews and some have not seen an increase in pay for years.
