Dreadful - Manager Drake International Employee Review

Out-dated, inconsistent and deeply flawed business model. Management are self-serving and dishonest in much of their approach. In the short time I worked with Drake there were numerous sackings that took place quite regularly and these were conducted in mass. Those dismissed by the company were an array of high performers as well as those unable to achieve their targets. There is quite a poisonous culture within the company that affects all aspects of the business. Employment with Drake is not something I would advise for wishing to progress their career.
