Hours: Expect to be working 60+ hours a week from September through February but still working overtime and weekends for the rest of the year. Cinven took away our benefit of 3-day weekends during the summer and replaced it with additional projects that require overtime and weekends to complete.
Understaffed: We were already understaffed before the Cinven takeover, now we are experiencing higher workloads on top of layoffs.
Accountability: Too many employees aren't doing their fair share. Management makes excuses for these employees and then expects others to pick up the slack.
