Draper offers a variety of different projects so it's a great place to explore different opportunities and build your skillset in different areas. Most of my coworkers are very kind and collaborative, and they emphasize that in the culture.
Cons
The main thing is the pay is a bit on the lower side when compared to tech companies, not as much when compared to other defense contractors
