Draup is a fast growing company and is extremely focused on creating an amazing product. They innovate and release new versions of their solution faster than any org I've been a part of which creates excitement internally and with clients.
Draup leaders allow the team to operate with a lot of individual autonomy as long as you're hitting your targets and showing you can handle the work. They have a lot of oversight but only step in when it looks like something is falling through the cracks.
They are extremely responsive to client concerns and frustrations whenever they arise, so any trouble spots are able to be quickly remediated within reason.
Cons
Being so product-focused, leadership is highly responsive to client concerns and expects everyone internally to show the same responsiveness which can cause some additional stress.
The autonomy provided by the organization is coupled with a lack of processes and standardization to help build consistent client experiences.
