Pros

Colleagues are friendly. Company is solving a good use case

Cons

-you will not learn any skills because the work is only google, basic excel, powerpoint. powerpoint will be automated in few years. which means you will have same skills as a 12th pass student -very very boring work that requires very little brain -unethical ways to collect and analyse data. people spend 10 minutes on google, find numbers by gartner, bcg, mckinsey, edit everything little and put it in the slide with source of "draup research" -preference is given to employees who act like they are 24x7 working. so if you want to succeed, you have to do boring work and do it for long hours -no emphasis on smart work, efficient work, only how many hours did you spend on this -0 mentorship, 0 career development goal setting, 0 career conversations with boss or founder -boss is young and has no time for anything except his meetings. founder lives in us, has 0 communication with employees. both dont care about employee growth, only about how many hours employees are working. both have very low people skill. founder proudly says he has no friends because of his working hours, he expects us to work like him -boss/founder show favouritism. they are always biased even in large team meetings where they call out only their favourite peoples' names. the favourites get the bonuses and good appraisals. others are forgotten -mostly these are people who come from bits. if you are from non-bits background, your chance of succeeding here is very low even if you are a hardworker -because of pandemic people are not leaving. boss/founder are thinking that is because they are a good company but it is because people have no choice -founder are always saying "we will give you company stocks soon" for past 1.5 years just to fool employees and make us stay -dont get fooled with consultant tag. actually title should not even be researcher because other company's researchers have more advanced work -dont trust other good reviews in glassdoor. please observe why they are so short, they are all written by HR. only look at negative reviews because they will give you real picture -company is growing very fast because the problem the company is solving is very good. so they dont care about employee at all. they only care about revenue -in other companies, management really care about employee review/feedback scores. they spend lot of time in making changes to benefit employees. here management dont give a damn -summary: if you join this company, you will get stuck with 0 growth. better search for low paying company somewhere. at least you will learn something. to management i hope all frustrated employees start leaving in bulk so at least then you will see the problem

Pros

Draup is a fast growing company and is extremely focused on creating an amazing product. They innovate and release new versions of their solution faster than any org I've been a part of which creates excitement internally and with clients. Draup leaders allow the team to operate with a lot of individual autonomy as long as you're hitting your targets and showing you can handle the work. They have a lot of oversight but only step in when it looks like something is falling through the cracks. They are extremely responsive to client concerns and frustrations whenever they arise, so any trouble spots are able to be quickly remediated within reason.

Cons

Being so product-focused, leadership is highly responsive to client concerns and expects everyone internally to show the same responsiveness which can cause some additional stress. The autonomy provided by the organization is coupled with a lack of processes and standardization to help build consistent client experiences.
