The work environment is positive and friendly. Colleagues are supportive and always willing to help, which makes collaboration smooth across teams. Management encourages learning and gives space to take ownership of work. As a project manager, I’ve had good exposure to planning, coordination, and client handling, which has helped me grow professionally. Communication within the team is mostly clear, and people respect each other’s opinions.
Cons
Like any growing company, processes are still evolving. At times, timelines can be tight and priorities may change quickly, which can add pressure during busy phases. Some processes could be documented better to avoid dependency on individuals.
