Not a place for creativity. Eventually you start to feel like a robot that feeds ownership. Money comes first and quality comes last. Most developers aren’t capable of most tasks at hand. Almost never heard of a happy client (especially on large projects). Constant office drama. There was a large amount of pointing fingers and favoritism. Business development ideas were either ignored or short lived. If you aren’t a “yes man” you wont survive. Have fun!
