Workload is way to intense. Owner is a tyrant who will never back you up when a customer goes too far. Actively ignores racism, misogyny, and homophobia. Boss actively forces his political opinions on you. You will be expected to work in the office even if they tell you WFH is okay. Communications is terrible.
