Pros
Work environment is incredible, helping in creative projects is very exciting, the people are so much fun to work with, it is by far the best place I have ever worked.
Cons
As great of a company as this is, there compensation on the production level is disheartening - My second part-time job pays as much hourly as DreamWorks Animation. The perks are great, but they aren't something I can pay my student loans with.
