Managers don't respect their employees - Artist DreamWorks Animation Employee Review

Terrible culture. Managers seem to take pleasure from restricting their employees growth and development. Given the recent mass layoffs, I don't feel this studio even has a future anymore. Strong emphasis on keeping budgets low rather than producing a quality project, resulting cheap looking movies that no one has interest in.
