I don't think I was there long enough to warrant pointing out any cons! Especially as an intern, my experience was incredibly educational and enjoyable.

-Steady work - Solid, efficient pipeline

- Most work is reviewing vendor studio's artwork, writing notes and emails, and attending meetings. At all levels. Very little actual artwork is done in-house on the asset side. - Very little attention is paid to the opinions or happiness of the workers. - Deadlines are continually unreasonable, which is known by management, but never changes. - The efficiency of the pipeline means there is also very little flexibility, so the sometimes vastly different needs of shows can't always be accommodated.
