Pros
Great colleagues though people come and go.
Stable clients, nice-to-have in folio.
Cons
It's already given that agency lacks work-life balance but it's even worse here.
Professionalism is absent as the manager is mood-driven, it dictates decisions, hence, poor management. When asked about the workload, it'd be ridiculed instead of properly managing what creatives can provide on day-to-day basis. Sure the pay is attractive, but you'll end up paying for your mental health. You may find yourself blamed for tasks you didn’t even handle by being scolded through voice note.
Stress is high, support is low, accountability is almost non-existent.
