Good - Manager Dreamz Infra Employee Review

No Pros at all The MD who handles this company is handling some more companies like TGS, GK , Sendmygift.com, dailypooja.com, Dreamz Gk and infra. Guys be careful with your futures, Don't spoil them by joining the below mentioned companies.

These are worst companies in which they are not paying the salary to the employees for more than 2 months. No proper week offs, that too they will force employees to work for 12 hrs with out extra pay, even they made the employees to work on the May 1 and took signatures to cover up as they work volunteerly. If you guys don't trust me visit Eco space for interview they have clearly mentioned that "the employees of Dreamz TGS are not eligible to attend the interview." No PF no ESI nothing which can favor the employees.Oh sorry i forgot they will not pay salary only then y these things. I have seen the people fighting for the salary but that time I was not clear abt that,once I join the organization i got to know it was real after experiencing. If a girl is adjustable then within days she will be the HOD of the team, I think you can understand wt is adjustable means. The worst is the work culture, no proper designation today CS support tomorrow logistic support the very next day delivery boy etc. The employees who resigns will never get the salary until they go to police. The company has terminated more than 1500 employees within the span of 1 year. If you think any of the above things are not true visit the sites and check for the reviews and complaints registered on the companies.

Dreams provides free lunch to its employers. Well other than that i didnt find any pros to be really spoken about.

No work ethics, no management, no discipline and cheating on the customers is the main motive of the company. Its funda of earning lies in extorting money for what they call as slab wise construction of apartments from a mass of people whose number is way beyond the capacity of available apartments. I worked as a CRM but on experiencing the messed up work place and behaviour of people there, I would only say that it's not a place to learn and grow. Rather i would name it a pit hole and if you waste any of your valuable minute there, you won't regain it either in term of experience or salary.
