      Mid level management is solid Enjoyable company environment DVP and Managers truly appreciate hard work

      Cons

      Pay advancements are low, standard 3%-4% yearly increases Production is put on a pedestal and corporate makes it apparant that you need to bend to the will of production, accountability is limited for builders in production

      For the most part a wonderful culture and great coworkers. The insurance was decent, and the pto was good.

      Cons

      Lack of addressing managerial issues. Poor pay with minimal raises.
