The opportunity to establish and build relationships with amazing leaders of the small business community. Constant exposure to a variety of technology solutions. Always learning. Every day is different.
Cons
The mental stress associated with this industry can be overwhelming from time to time and it's important that folks find a way to productive way to deal with stress and the like.
People are great and it's a fun work environment. HR is fast and efficient. They pay for you to get IT certified which is a big plus. You get to work on a variety of technologies every day because the clients are from a wide range of industries. All in all it's a good place to work and learn hands on IT both user and server side (mostly server). Negotiable pay rate. Sometimes you get to go on client site to work on hardware configuration.
Cons
Wish training would be more organized. Senior level is busy all the time and there's no one on one employee management. There needs to be one more senior level engineer to balance the load. Pay is ok, could be better for the amount of work/knowledge that is expected out of you. The office is small and you sit in a chair all day.
