Poor management style. Managers are very difficult.

The shop floor people are the best!

Boss who never supports you, back-stabbing, trouble making, two-faced, undermining co-workers that flirted their way into the position. Toxic work environment. When I asked why the position was open, company lied to me. They forgot to mention this "team" of so-called coworkers drove the previous position holder right out of her job. Same thing happened to me....don't be number 3!! Company was taken over by Dresser, no one knows what the benefits really are.
