One good sales person. One good manager.
Cons
Absolutely no training. There is no structure. There is no leadership. “Managers” are put in place to open and close but are not allowed to manage the employees who call the shots. There is no integrity required to work here, If you do have integrity you won’t be here long. Constant customer complaints. Sales staff are long time employees with mediocre talent and do nothing to improve sales. Will sabotage other employees to secure their jobs.
This place needs new blood bad and needs it quick.
An HR department is long overdue.
Upper management is socially inept and incapable of identifying unethical behavior amongst employees. Promotes laziness, tardiness, nepotism. Incapable of providing a productive work environment. Unable to manage employees. Employees make own rules. Show up when they want. Rules....what rules. it’s a free for all. No accountability, no consequences, no work ethics.
