Pros

- Great opportunity for career growth - Incredibly welcoming and helpful team - Solid benefits (insurance, time off, etc.) - Industry leader (they know their space) - Encourage personal, not just professional, growth

Cons

With growing company on the rise with great success, job responsibilities and things change rapidly - so adaption is a must. This might not be everyone's cup of tea! Teammates heavily encourage communication, collaboration, and being outside your comfort zone, so it might not be the best for extreme introverts.
