The individuals up to Directors are great, for the most part. Unlimited vacation and remote work
Cons
- the company is a shell of what it used to be. It can’t keep up with competitors but leadership and vista think they can. - recently laid off almost 100 employees after 2 other rounds of layoffs - say it’s a transparent company but is not. - no mobility at the company - no raises after over 1.5 years of work
