Many people are nice, more weekdays off

Very cliquey, cliques protect and promote each other, they fire anyone at whim, the hours kill your whole day, they are extremely annoying about clocking in/out for lunch and shifts, meetings are patronizing and useless, many people drink the kool aid, safety is not prioritized at all, terrible work/life balance despite the extra time off, terrible work environment because or the clique thing, people are forced to work in close proximity to each other 12 hours a day
