      Pros

      There are employees that act as a team and make the environment bearable.

      Cons

      Once the new owners took over the environment became toxic with unrealistic expectations and empty promises. Nothing was ever good enough for them.

      Business is seasonal, very high paced in the peak season. Lots of learning opportunities in the off season.
